Ingredients
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Mashed Ripe Bananas
- 1½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Chopped Nuts
Directions
- Using a large bowl, mix the sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs
- Add the bananas and mix well
- Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt, then add it to the banana mix
- Add the nuts and gently mix together
- Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan, then bake for 50 – 60 minutes
- When done, remove it and let it cool on a wire rack
