Banana Bread

A family classic! Who doesn’t love the sweet and nutty flavor of banana bread?

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Mashed Ripe Bananas
  • 1½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Chopped Nuts
Directions
  1. Using a large bowl, mix the sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs
  2. Add the bananas and mix well
  3. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt, then add it to the banana mix
  4. Add the nuts and gently mix together
  5. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan, then bake for 50 – 60 minutes
  6. When done, remove it and let it cool on a wire rack
