Ingredients
- ½ cup Lite Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- Noodle Flavor Packets
- 2 – 3 oz pkgs Ramen Noodles Oriental Flavor
- 1 pkg Coleslaw
- ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup Slivered Almonds
- 2 to 3 chopped Green Onions
- 1 diced Green Pepper
Directions
Dressing:
- Combine first 4 ingredients together
- Mix well and set aside to dissolve
Salad:
- Crush the ramen noodles into small pieces
- Add noodles and remaining salad ingredients to a bowl and mix well
- Add the dressing to the salad and mix well
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour
