Ingredients
- 1 – 15 oz can Green Beans
- 1 – 15 oz can Wax Beans
- 1 – 15 oz can Kidney Beans
- 1 – 15 oz can Garbanzo Beans
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Lite Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Cider Vinegar
Directions
- Drain all cans of beans into a colander
- Slice the sweet onion so that you have half rings and add to colander
- In a large bowl, mix next five ingredients together thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved
- Add the beans and onion into the mixture and stir together to coat the beans
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
