Four Bean Salad

Beans beans the magical fruit, the more you eat the more you… will want! Enjoy this tasty side that pairs well with anything.

Ingredients
  • 1 – 15 oz can Green Beans
  • 1 – 15 oz can Wax Beans
  • 1 – 15 oz can Kidney Beans
  • 1 – 15 oz can Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Lite Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Cider Vinegar
Directions
  1. Drain all cans of beans into a colander
  2. Slice the sweet onion so that you have half rings and add to colander
  3. In a large bowl, mix next five ingredients together thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved
  4. Add the beans and onion into the mixture and stir together to coat the beans
  5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
