Ingredients
- ½ cup & 6 Tbsp Butter (1 stick & 6 Tbsp)
- ¾ cup packed Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1½ cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Salt
- 3 cup Quaker or Old Fashioned Oats
- (Optional) cup Raisins
- (Optional) 1 cup chopped Walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter and sugars until creamy
- Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well
- Add the next five ingredients and mix well
- Add optional ingredients if desired
- Place Tbsp sized clumps onto non-greased cookie sheet
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown
- Let cool for 1 minute on cookie sheet and then move to a wire rack to finish cooling
