Ingredients
- 1¼ cup packed Brown Sugar
- ¾ cup Peanut Butter (chunky or creamy)
- ½ cup Shortening
- 1 large Egg
- 3 Tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1¾ cup Flour
- ¾ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Mix the first six ingredients in a large bowl on high until smooth and fluffy
- Add the next 3 ingredients and mix well until blended
- Roll dough into 1 inch diameter balls
- Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart
- Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until lightly browned
- Let cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet
- Remove from sheet and place on wire rack to finish cooling
