Pumpkin Squares

A great dessert to have at Thanksgiving or any time of the year!

Ingredients

Cake:

  • ¾ cup Cooking Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 – 15 oz can of Pumpkin
  • 1¾ cup Flour
  • 1¾ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Ground Cloves
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • 1¾ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Frosting:

  • 4 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • 3 cup Powdered Sugar
Directions

Cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients together
  3. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well
  4. Pour into a greased and floured 12 x 15 pan
  5. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes
  6. Let cake cool

Frosting:

  1. Cream the two ingredients together and mix well
  2. Spread on cooled cake
