Ingredients
Cake:
- 1 pkg. Lemon Supreme Cake
- 1 small pkg. Lemon Jell-0
- 4 Eggs
- ¾ cup Water
- ¾ cup Oil
Icing:
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- Juice of two lemons
Directions
- Using an electric mixer, combine all cake ingredients together until smooth
- Bake as directed on cake mix box. (350° for 30 minutes)
- Remove from oven and place on cooling rack
- Using a fork, poke holes in the cake every one inch
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together until smooth
- While cake is warm , pour the icing over the cake
- Continue cooling cake until ready to eat.
- Cut cake into 24 equal portions
- Place 4 pieces of cake on each plate and deliver to each unit
