Ingredients
- 3 large Sweet potatoes
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup (1 stick) Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ cup Flour
- ⅓ cup Milk
- 1 to 2 cups of Sugar (to desired sweetness)
- 1 to 2 Deep Dish Pie Crusts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Peel the sweet potatoes
- Boil them in a large pot until soft
- Add melted butter, vanilla extract, milk, salt, sugar and nutmeg
- Prick frozen pie crust, bake in oven
- Add mixture to crust and bake at 350 degrees until set
